Leatherworking : Crafting basics and material guide 🐺

Today, we have something exciting to share with you. It’s time to get crafty and dive into leatherworking!

But, hold on, we’re not going to bore you with end-game recipes that only the seasoned players can pull off. Today, we’re going to show you how to make the basic stuff that even a newbie can handle. We’ll take you through the entire process — from gathering materials to putting them all together.

Now, before we get into the juicy details, let’s talk about the materials. First up, we have beast hide. You can get it from any regular mob in K1 Rig or from boars and wolves in Valtrena. Next, we have good beast hide, which comes from wolves in Valtrena. Superior beast hide comes from the bears in Valtrena. Finally, leather scrap can be found in K1, but you have to kill the boss and skin it to get it.

Now that we have our materials, we need to add some salt to finish off some of these stacks of beast hide into leather. It costs 2 KXS per salt.

We can also make leather from scraps. Two basic leather scraps combined together can make two pieces of leather that didn’t cost us anything. So, saddle up and get ready to get crafty!
